Below is a list of the same releasology treatments, but grouped by element. This does not refer to the periodic table elements, but what is called, "the 5 elements" in Ayurveda and traditional Chinese medicine. A dosha is a group of 1 or 2 elements, and these topics are also grouped by their dosha, as shown below. Knowing the dosha, element and organ channel of a topic helps a releasologist understand the potential cause and how to go about healing almost any physical problem. These are the same topics listed above, but grouped by element instead of by body zone.
