Chakra 1 - Perineum, Reffered Genital Pain, Tailbone - Coccyx
Constipation, Bladder

The Tailbone, also known as the coccyx bones, are easy to fracture and can become inflamed, or not heal completely, if the muscles attached to the tailbone are in spasm. This course teaches students to release each of these muscles until tailbone pain is relieved. There are cases where surgery is necessary to cure tailbone pain, but usually releasing the muscles attached to it from spasm is the only way to provide true relief, and surgery is not the best option. See for yourself! It's not invasive and comparatively inexpensive. You can also learn how to perform the releasology protocol for releasing the tailbone so you can provide relief to others. Take this short course, and carefully complete each step to learn how! Welcome to the Releasology family!
