The Tailbone, also known as the coccyx bones, are easy to fracture and can become inflamed, or not heal completely, if the muscles attached to the tailbone are in spasm. This course teaches students to release each of these muscles until tailbone pain is relieved. There are cases where surgery is necessary to cure tailbone pain, but usually releasing the muscles attached to it from spasm is the only way to provide true relief, and surgery is not the best option.
