Calf Relief

Calf Pain is caused by spasm of muscles in the calf. To begin with, release the two most superficial muscles and the achilles tendon. If it persists, release the three deep muscles. The most serious injury to the calf is a complete calf tear or 3rd degree strain. This requires surgery to tix, but is almost impossible to occur when the calf muscles are not in spasm. Over training without releasing the calf muscles usually leads to strain. The cost difference between a few releasology sessions and a torn calf, not to mention the difference in suffering and immobility is staggering. Click below to book your appointment today. Attempts to release these muscles can be frustrating without some coaching. Learn to release them in our short course, and become Releasology licensed to provide this treatment for paying patients and clients! Learn to heal Calf Pain, by hand!
