Insomnia, Chronic Fatigue, Adrenal glands and Insomnia
There is a specific muscle responsible for compressing the kidneys and adrenal glands when it contracts. Involuntarily, it contracts and squeezes all of the adrenalin out, when it stays tight. It stays tight because it can go into spasm, especially during periods of stress. This causes insomnia, daytime fatigue and seems to be related to depression. Relieve these symptoms by releasing this key muscle. To learn how, take the course by clicking the button!
