There are no age restrictions for using this Website. However, minors should use our services under parental or guardian supervision.

3. Account Creation
To access classes, submit student work, or book appointments, you must create an account with accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

4. Payments
How you pay depends on what you are purchasing:
• Online purchases (modalities, the Clinical Certification plan, single-modality access, and treatments booked through the Website) are collected securely through third-party payment processors such as Wix Payments and Stripe. Clients may purchase from anywhere in the world; prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated, and your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees.
• In-person treatments may also be paid directly to the practitioner by Zelle, check, or Venmo, as agreed with the practitioner.
• Releasology LLC does not store your credit card or banking details. Payment information is handled by the payment processor under its own terms and privacy policy.
• Payments for treatments performed by certified practitioners are passed through to the practitioner who performed the service, less any applicable platform or processing fees.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
• Classes and modalities: Refunds are available within 3 days of purchase, provided the class or modality has not been completed.
• Treatments: No refunds for completed services.
• Cancellations: Cancel anytime up to 2 hours before the appointment with no penalty.
• If you cancel less than 2 hours before the appointment or fail to show up, you must pay 50% of the appointment fee.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot be waived under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence (for example, Colombia’s Estatuto del Consumidor).

6. Health Disclaimer
Releasology is a pain relief and wellness technique. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your physician for medical concerns. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Tell your practitioner about any injury, condition, or pregnancy before a treatment.

7. Practitioners
Certified practitioners listed on the Website are independent professionals responsible for the treatments they provide, for complying with the laws of the place where they practice, and for maintaining any license or registration required there. Releasology LLC certifies training in Releasology techniques; it does not employ practitioners and is not a party to the treatment agreement between a practitioner and a client.

By submitting worksheets, quizzes, photos, or videos to the student portal, you confirm that you have the right to share them and you grant Releasology LLC a non-exclusive license to use them to review your work, issue certifications, and display practitioner profiles. You keep ownership of your content.
